§ 1       Booking, Additional costs
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide exact information (name, mobile number with country code, flight/train details, pick-up place, pick-up time, destination, number of passengers, individual needs, extra luggage etc. Child seats need to be specified. The destination has to be accessibly on public roads.
The booking is only valid with our booking confirmation.


§ 2       Payment
Payment has to be done in cash directly to the driver at the first transfer (unless the booking confirmation shows a different agreement).    

In case the given information is incorrect or insufficient, the customer is obliged to cover the costs for additionally needed time/driven kilometers.
If due to reasons beyond the transfer company’s influence (bad weather, need for snow chains, alternative longer routes due to closed roads, traffic jams etc.) more time and kilometers to drive are necessary it is up to the transfer company to charge it according to the current prices in addition to the agreed upon price. Payment has to be done directly to the driver at the concerned transfer.


§ 3       Transfer
The customer has to show the booking confirmation to the driver before the transfer otherwise transport can be refused; also when the customer is thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Smoking is not permitted in in the vehicles (drinking and eating upon approval by the driver).
Damage caused to a car by a passenger has to be paid directly to the driver on the concerned transfer. For car cleaning due to dirt caused by a customer (i.e. vomiting) EUR 50,00 will be charged.
Payment has to be done in cash directly to the driver at the concerned transfer.

The transfer company will not incur any liability for any delay due to reasons beyond its influence (i.e. traffic jams, road barriers, police blocks etc.)


§ 4       Change in Booking, Cancellation, No-Show
Changes in bookings are only valid after being confirmed by us.

The customer is entitled to cancel the booking until 14 days prior to the date of the transfer without charges.
Cancellation with cancellation fees:
13 – 7 days prior to the transfer 10%
6 – 3 days prior to the transfer 20%
2 – 1 days prior to the transfer 50%
day of transfer or no-show 100%

In case of a missed or delayed flight/train the customer has to inform us immediately. New agreements regarding the updated pick-up have to be made. Extra costs due to changes (waiting time etc.) have to be paid by the customer in addition to the transfer costs directly to the driver. If the customer does not inform us properly and no new arrangements are made it counts as no-show; the transfer costs have to be paid by the customer. Not used transfers (no-show) have to be paid fully by the customer.

In case the transfer becomes impossible or dangerous for reasons beyond our influence (i.e. avalanches, floods, roadblocks etc.) we are entitled to cancel the transfer without duty for any compensation from our side.

§ 5  Miscellaneous
Agreements are valid only in written form.
Travel-/holiday insurance is recommendable
