FAQ

Do your drivers speak English?
Many and especially those for additional services like sightseeing speak English fluently. All are capable to understand and make necessary conversation for transfers.
 

How do we meet the driver?
You will get special information with the booking confirmation. At airports your driver will wait for you in the arrival area after you have collected your luggage.
 

What about child seats and boosters?
Please give us the necessary information with the booking and we will accommodate to it. We don’t charge extra fees.
 

How much luggage can I bring on the transfer?
Standard luggage allowance is 1 suitcase of normal size and 1 hand luggage. Please specify oversize luggage or extra luggage like ski equipment, snowboards etc. on the enquiry/booking form so that we can offer the proper car size.
 

Will the driver assist with luggage?
Yes, he will load/unload the luggage but, you have to check that all your belongings are in the car as well as unloaded.
 

How do I have to pay?
We ask payment in cash to the driver at the first transfer for all booked services. On request pre-payment by credit card is possible.

Do you offer any discount for young children or senior citizens?
It is legal requirement that every passenger (regardless of age) has their own seat. Therefore unfortunately we cannot offer any discount.

What happens in the case of poor weather and road conditions?
In case of need for snow chains the transport company can charge additional fees for the extra needed time and effort. Additional kilometers/time due to blocked roads and alternative routings will be charged at the standard rate.
 

Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed by more than half an hour, we reserve the right to reschedule your transfer and pick you up with the next available vehicle.There may be additional costs associated with it or, the alternative transfer offered may not be the same as what was originally booked.
 

Is my personal data safe?
We pass your data only to the parties directly involved in the transfers.

Should I have travel insurance for my trip?
We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover also the transfers.
